Q. How do I pay for my order once I receive an invoice? Once you receive an invoice you log on to the site, using your user name id and password. Then you click on "My Account" link on the top right hand corner. There, you click on the first link, which is "Review orders / track packages." Then you view your latest orders, find the order that has not been paid for yet. Click on the order id and go through the process of paying.
Q. How do I earn Reward points? Every time you make a purchase with RagHouse.com, you'll receive points for the
product(s) you purchase. It's a great way to save on your next purchase whether
it's for you or someone special. You earn 1 reward point for every dollar you spend in our store. You need a minimum of 500 points to be able to redeem the rewards. Reward points EXPIRE after 180 days.
Q. How do I redeem my Reward points?
- Once you've placed your order and it has
shipped, your MyRewards Point will be redeemable.
- To view your MyRewards, simply go to MyRewards. Under "My Account" from the top menu. As shown in the picture below.

- Enter the total amount (in points) you'd like
to redeem below (40 points = $1). As shown in the picture below.

- When you're done, a confirmation will be sent
to your email address.
- You're now ready to save on your next
purchase. Upon placing your order, your available MyRewards will automatically
be deducted from the total purchase amount.
- PLEASE NOTE: When you redeem your points and you use the issued gift certificate on an order, this particular order will NOT earn ANY reward points.
Q. How do you get your prices?
A. All of the following circumstances: season popularity, worldwide buyers, Ebay research, trend research and availability.
Q: Why isn’t my tracking number updating?
A: Raghouse.com, a division of Tiedemann Globe, uses a freight service, so each package is not individually scanned upon pickup. Because Parcel Post is the cheapest shipping option, it does not update tracking numbers on these packages. When you see that the shipping label has been created, expect your package to arrive within 10 business days.
Q: Are the clothes all one size? Can you list the size?
A: No, they are not all one size. There will be a mix of sizes in the lot. Because of the wholesale nature in which we sell, we do not list sizes.
Q: I live on a military base. My shipment has not arrived yet. Why?
A: Shipping to military bases tends to take longer. Please e-mail office@tiedemannglobe.com if it has taken longer than 10 business days.
Q: I was supposed to get 236 items in my lot, but I received 235 items instead. What do I do?
A: We try our best, but sometimes our piece count is not right. This means you might get bonus pieces! It also means you might get less than stated. We do not give refunds for missing pieces. This is part of bulk buying.
Q: My box was damaged upon receipt. Why?
A: We use brand new boxes for every lot. The box is taped three times over the top and once completely around. The box has two handle holes that are not taped closed. If your box is damaged in transit you may contact www.usps.com for questions or concerns about the care of your package.
Q: Why do I have to sign for my shipment?
A: Raghouse.com of Tiedemann Globe wants to ensure you receive your shipment. We will not send the box without signature confirmation.
Q: May I pick up my purchase at your warehouse in Phoenix?
A: Yes. We allow local pickup from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday Arizona time. We are closed on all major U.S. holidays. Items must be paid through PayPal before you pick them up. Do not pay for shipping if you want to pick up at our warehouse. E-mail office@tiedemannglobe.com for a revised invoice. Items must be picked up within 48 hours of the time of order receipt.
Q: Are there any other less expensive and faster shipping options?
A: We will only use USPS Parcel Post for domestic shipments and USPS Priority Mail International for international shipments. We will not use flat rate boxes or personal shipping accounts.
Q: May I combine shipping if I buy multiple lots?
A: Because of the bulk nature and size of our lots, we do not combine shipping on any items.
Q: Will you sell me one piece in the lot?
A: No. We do not break apart our lots. They are sold as listed. If you want one-piece items check out Weekly Picks.
Q: How many of the items have holes or stains?
A: Raghouse.com of Tiedemann Globe sells used and vintage clothing. Some clothing might need extra love. Washing, dry cleaning or ironing might bring that great piece back to life! You will receive some items with damage, such as small stains, tears, missing buttons, or broken zippers. You might be able to fix it or throw it away.
Q: May I order specialty items/lots?
A: We love to hear about your ideas. Please let us know!
Q: Why did this lot sell so fast?
A: Raghouse.com, a division of Tiedemann Globe, has a great reputation, fantastic service and top-notch products!
Q: I’m not sure the clothes will fit my son/daughter/husband/wife. What should I do? What are the sizes in this lot?
A: Generally the lot will have a range of sizes. The more common the size, the more likely you are to get that size in your lot. Please do not purchase if you hope all the items will fit you. Most likely, they will not. We suggest you get a few different sized friends to buy with you!
Q: Are your items used?
A: Yes. All of our items are previously owned. Their origin is unknown.
Q: Where do you get your items?
A: We are used clothing wholesalers. We ship and stock vintage and used clothing stores worldwide. Please e-mail office@tiedemannglobe.com if you would like to buy inventory for your store.
Q: When do you list new items?
A: We list new items weekly. Check back frequently. We always have new items!
Q: You guys are so great! How do I buy your items consistently for my store?

Q: Will you accept money orders, checks, cash or barter?
A: Thanks for the offer, but we accept PayPal only.
Q: Will you send me more photographs of the items?

Q: Why isn’t anyone answering my e-mails?
A: Don't worry. We are not ignoring you! We are just putting together fantastic lots for you! We answer questions Tuesday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Q: Are the pictures in the lot actually the clothes I will be getting?
A: Yes. Unless otherwise stated, all pictures of clothing are included in the lot. If you order from Get It Now and Weekly Picks, the pictures are the actual items you are getting. If you order from On Demand and Bulk Purchases, the pictures are a representation of the style of the items you will receive.
Q: Will you please add the tracking number to the box before you ship it to me?
A: No. Because of the bulk nature of our shipping process, we do not add any additional information to the boxes.
Q: I count 35 pieces in the pictures, but the title says 75. How many pieces are in this lot?
A: The pictures are a portion of the lot you will receive. We don't take photographs of every piece in the lot.

Q: I bought a lot of Abercrombie, Hollister and American Eagle. I got two pieces of Old Navy in the lot. What should I do?
A: Lucky you! These are what we call bonus brands. Sometimes they sneak into the lot. There is no extra charge for these. Enjoy!
Q: Can I get a percentage/guess/estimation of the sizes in this lot?
A: No. This information is not available. Please see the photos and the description provided. Purchase accordingly based on this information.
Q: The shipping seems expensive, why?
A: Actually, our shipping options are the cheapest we could find. The boxes for the lots are large and heavy! We would love to get them into a flat rate box, but the clothing will not fit. We will not ship any other way than listed. Please purchase accordingly. Thank you!
Q: Can you do me a favor and check sizes for me just this once?
A: We would love to do favors all day long, but unfortunately we would have no time to find rockin items to list. Please purchase accordingly.
Q: How am I suppose to buy if I don't know the specific sizes/condition/style of all the items in the lot?
A: Raghouse.com of Tiedemann Globe wants to make sure you understand that you are purchasing wholesale used and vintage clothing. When purchasing in this manner, you will get items that you might not have picked yourself or that won't fit you. In the end, the lot should still yield some great items for a great price!
Q: Will you send my purchase to another shipping address other than the one listed on my account?
A: Because of insurance reasons we can only ship to the verified address listed on account. Make sure that your address is correct prior to ordering. If it is not correct prior to ordering, we will not change any addresses. Please contact USPS at www.usps.com to have your package forwarded.
